Bio-based Pop-up Store in Świnoujście, Poland

A Bio-based Pop-up Store was held vis-à-vis the Port of Świnoujście along the Świna river that flows from Szczecin Lagoon to the Baltic Sea. Many bio-based products were on display, both from the region and from other parts of Europe.

What was on the opening programme?
Participatory events included:

• A World Café with local stakeholders gathered on a boat for two hours of knowledge-sharing. Local entrepreneurs, authorities, as well as science, tourism and business representatives attended the World Café.
• A seminar on the bioeconomy potential of the Szczecin region.
• Eat the Future tasting with traditional recipes presented in a modern form.
• ….and many more
