A Bio-based Pop-up Store will be held vis-à-vis the Port of Świnoujście along the Świna river that flows from Szczecin Lagoon to the Baltic Sea. Many bio-based products will be on display, both from the region and from other parts of Europe.

What will be on the opening programme?
Participatory events will include:

• A World Café with local stakeholders gathered on a boat for two hours of knowledge-sharing. Participants will include local entrepreneurs, authorities, as well as science, tourism and business representatives.
• A seminar on the bioeconomy potential of the Szczecin region.
• Eat the Future tasting with traditional recipes presented in a modern form.
• A social event after the closure of the Bio-based Pop-up Store (tbc).
